| Dr. Dale F. Wagner is a certified DDS with over 25 years of dental experience. Education: Midpark High School, Case Western Reserve University Bachelors of Science in Chemistry, Case Western Reserve School of Dentistry. Professional Affiliations: ADA, CDA, and SGVDS SGVDS Dental Society Activities: Member of Ethics Committee, Member of Scholarships Committee, Member of SGVDS Board, Chairman of Investment Committee, Chairman of the foundation of SGVDS, Treasurer of SGVDS, Past President of SGVDS 1998-99 |
Lisa Holguin completed her internship from Rio Hondo’s Dental Assisting program in 1984 and was immediately hired by Dr. Wagner. Lisa has had many years assisting Dr. Wagner. Lisa has always been able to put patients at ease and address their needs. She has had extensive training and experience in financial and insurance matters. Presently Lisa is managing the office and front desk duties. She is and has been a very integral part of this practice. |  |
 | Terry Gonzales has been a dental assistant since 1994. She is very gentle and kind. She is knowledgeable with insurance and financial arrangements along with back office procedures. Her internship was completed with Dr. Robert E. Peters in Reseda, CA. She has been working with Dr. Wagner since November of 2000 and is an integral part of this practice. |
